Tomato: for Lycopene, Vitamin A, Vitamin C, folacin; may lower cancer risk

Spinach: for Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Iron, Potassium; good for the lymphatic, urinary, and digestive systems; alkalizes the body

Carrot: for Beta carotene; may be cancer-blocking, cholesterol lowering
