So get ready, sit back and tune into your own innate god given common senses and take heed to the information contained in the following pages. If you decide to pursue your own instinctual advice after reading this information I promise you this, your life will improve in ways you never thought possible.

Now that the journey has begun you’re probably wondering where it leads. Within these next dozen or so pages you’re about to discover the reasons why many people already have or soon will succumb to disease and what simple steps can be taken to avoid disease and regain the vivacious health of yesteryear. Many experts believe the key to unlocking the door to health and vitality is within enzymes.

Enzymes are absolutely essential to function optimally. One of the tasks of enzymes is to break down the food we consume into tiny, absorbable particles called micronutrients. Once the food has been digested properly and broken down into micronutrients it’s then possible for the nutrients to be absorbed through the intestinal walls and into the blood stream. Once in the blood stream those life providing nutrients are transported to the cells, muscles, nerves, tissue, glands, etc. throughout the entire body. Now that the nutrients have been absorbed into the body it is possible for the body to utilize those nutrients, which are the building blocks to facilitate the construction of new metabolic enzymes, hormones, lean muscle, hair, bones, and anything else in the body that requires new cells, of which last time I checked was EVERYTHING!

Enzymes are also important in the process of breaking down and disposing of foreign substances in the body. Much of the food many of us consume has been processed and or cooked in some way, robbing that food of any and all life providing enzyme activity. As a result the body is reluctantly recruited and must take on the burden of completing the digestion process. Unfortunately for many much of that undigested food starts to decompose and begins to turn the body into a highly toxic breeding ground for parasites, yeast and other such critters. These toxic refugees, after feasting on the left over undigested proteins, sugars and carbohydrates use the blood stream as a make shift sewage system for their excrement. Simply put, enzymes are responsible for breaking down food and other foreign substances within the body which is used as energy for building new cells, bones, organs, muscles, etc or eliminated as waste.

As one can see enzymes are the catalysts to every function of life. They are absolutely necessary for health and vitality. It’s fairly simple, without the assistance of enzymes

LIFE WOULD NOT EXIST!

Lucky for us we were all born with a large trust account of enzymes. Now some individuals have a Vanderbilt trust account while others were born with a far less abundant windfall. Once that enzyme account has been used up the body begins to ëbarrow’ essential metabolic enzymes from other areas of the body to aid in digestion. Once this account runs empty we’re bankrupt and life ceases to exist.

Now obviously there are many examples of people who live to be in their nineties and beyond while smoking, drinking, and eating anything under the sun. I agree this is a possibility, but for a second imagine if those people didn’t rob themselves of the life providing enzymes from raw living foods. Do you think it may be likely they could live longer healthier lives?? My guess is yes.

There is plenty of documentation to back this possibility up. In the Himalayan mountains there is a group of people called the Hunzas. The Hunzas rely on a diet rich in enzymes of which they obtain from the raw living foods they consume. Many have been documented living upward of 150+ years old. OK, I can hear it now, many of you are saying to yourself, why the H E double toothpick would I want to live that long? Think about it, if you were totally healthy, had a sharp mind and able body; wouldn’t a long life be advantages? If you could actively play with the children of your grandchildren wouldn’t that be a blessing? Guess what It highly possible!

However, the faster the enzyme account becomes depleted, the faster we age, and the more susceptible to disease we become. In contrast, the more we replenish our enzyme reserves, the younger we stay and the healthier we become. Once we introduce enzyme rich foods, as well as integrate some form of enzyme supplementation into our diet, we create the opportunity for a total, radiant, and healthy life.

Therefore, the important thing to know about enzymes is: their source, how to get them into your body and that without them, as stated before, LIFE DOES NOT EXIST!
